Poll

I need some stats on my users so I stuck in this poll... but for me it'll only show one result?

Do you guys see more results? Does this thing even work? It was kind of embarrassing putting it on the site and I can't even get stats out of it :\

**************************** UPDATE ***************************
I removed the poll, and removed it with one from PollDaddy. People seem to be curious so here's the final breakdown:

87 comments:

  1. Poll worked just fine for me :D

  2. when u take off that poll?

    ReplyDelete
  3. not only did i just see one result, but it wouldn't let me vote...

    ReplyDelete
  4. It wouldn't let me vote, it said that I already voted, and all the progress bars disappeared!

    ReplyDelete
  5. It won't let me vote either, it just says that I can't vote repeatedly :/

  6. It isn't letting me vote either, Ola. :C

I'm 17, btw, if it helps any with your stats!

I also miss the progress bars already...

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hmmm, it goes the same for me... Stupid thing...
I thinks it's a good idea to make such a poll, I sometimes wonder what the average age for dolldivine is.

Anyways, think you're doing a great job with AtlA, so I hope you won't have to spend to mucht time on the poll.

  8. When I tried, it said that I could "only vote once". Thought I'd mis-clicked, but I guess it's something more sinister.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I tried to vote and it said I already had.

    ReplyDelete
  10. It said I already voted when I tried to. It also made all the progress bars disappear (not sure if it was supposed to do that but it's kind of annoying)

    I'm 14 BTW

    ReplyDelete
  11. I couldn't vote, but I'm 18 if it helps!

    ReplyDelete
  12. i'm 15, but it said I cant vote repeadetly!

  13. It's not letting me vote, either. :( It says that I have already voted...?

    ReplyDelete
  14. It said i can't vote repeatedly, eighteen though.

    ReplyDelete
  15. it says i can't vote repeatedly
    16

    ReplyDelete
  16. Not letting me vote, but 16.

    ReplyDelete
  17. 1st, i couldn't vote and i'm 16

2nd, it occured to me that, on the ATLA dress up, if you flip the zuko character, wouldn't his scar be on the wrong side? if this is the case, could there be another scar so that it could be placed on the other eye?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Same story as above. I'm 15 though.

    ReplyDelete
  19. it said that you can't vote repeatedly
    13 btw
I LOVE you avatar game :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hmm....I think it took my vote? I saw the poll early this morning and took it. Well, I'm 19, and the 1 vote it shows is 19-24 so....

    ReplyDelete
  21. It's not letting me vote.. but I'm 13

    ReplyDelete
  22. Were u using polldaddy? It works on my site... & yea it did get rid of the progress bars.

    ReplyDelete
  23. *You cannot vote repeatedly.*

    I'm somewhere in the 15-16 part. I can't remember. :-/

    ReplyDelete
  24. I only saw the one result :P
    I'm 11 by the way

    ReplyDelete
  25. Like wise the poll doesn't allow me to vote.

    I'm 23.

    ReplyDelete
  26. It just says I can't vote more then once, I'm 15.
    -T

    ReplyDelete
  27. Jeeze, I thought you'd all be so much younger and I stood out for playing these at 16, hahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  28. It's telling me I can't vote repeatedly, but I'm 15.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Thanks guys! Gaaaah how embarassing! O_O

I just needed some quick stats.. but so apparently it didn't work, and then I forgot about it all day. Might try poll daddy.

But yeah! I'm also surprised at the ages.. I guess I really am attracting older fans than other dress up sites. Cool!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Haha! thanks for fixing it Ola. Great job on the games!!! ;D

    ReplyDelete
  31. Yep, I'm in the main age group you seem to attract, 14 years old! Oh man, I've been coming here for two years already!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Where is it! I can't even see it.

    ReplyDelete
  33. i can't find the poll for some reason, but i'm 19.

i think the reason you might be attracting older fans is because your games more than just "dress up hannah montana!" type things; not only is the artwork usually better, but the themes are really diverse, and there tend to be tons of options. keep up the good work!

    ReplyDelete
  34. I don't think it was anything you did, Ola; I went to the site, and things were messed up there as well.

I feel kind of ancient and dorky now, but I'm 27, and I love the hell out of your games :P

    ReplyDelete
  35. I am 13 i am not even girly hehe

    ReplyDelete
  36. I didn't see it, but that's because I haven't visited the blog for a while.
    I'm 15 though. =-)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Btw, speaking of gadgets that won't show up, your hamster's missing. XD

    ReplyDelete
  38. Liliana, I'm feeling ancient too.. I just turned 28. We're in the 1.68% minority!

Hehe it's funny, the 16-17 year olds overtook the 14-15 year olds as the evening went on.. presumably because they can stay up longer XD

    ReplyDelete
  39. The poll results are cool, who woulda thought so many older teens would been on a dress up sight, but your dress ups are so cool!!! Plus I shouldn't be talking I'm 15! Haha!
    ~T

    ReplyDelete
  40. oh yeah 16-17 year olds rule!!!!......who woulda thought (so i'm not the only one who still does dress up, yes!!)

    ReplyDelete
  41. ...How the heck did it work for me? x3 Though I mighta misread it lol. And yeah, 23 here <.<

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hi Ola I'm 14 :)

Btw: sokka is great but i can't press on blue arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Wow brigitte, you're quick!
That's right, I actually gave up on giving everyone arrows, but forgot to remove the button! d'oh! Thanks ~

    ReplyDelete
  44. you making azula so fast wow

    ReplyDelete
  45. The poll didn't work, but I'm 17. Dress-up dolls are a guilty pleasure, but I originally looked them up in an attempt to visualize some of my characters. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  46. I didn't vote, but I'm 22.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I didn't get to vote, but I'm 18.

    ~Ali

    ReplyDelete
  48. please make for azula eye, hair and skin colours :) please please:((

    ReplyDelete
  49. Azula is a little boring, but I never liked her anyway. The details are as always awsome, though. Keep up the good work and Victorian Butterfly looks cool too!!!!
    ~T

    ReplyDelete
  50. I wish we could change the coloring for Azula's eyes, skin, and hair...

    ReplyDelete
  51. i would like more for azula she was always my fav :/

    ReplyDelete
  52. Do you think that you could make Azula's features changeable? Like everyone elses is? *big doe eyes* please please pleaseeee

    ReplyDelete
  53. i third/fourth/whatever number we're at now having skin/eye/hair options for Azula. and i would love to see her kyoshi warrior outfit in different colors instead of just green....

    ReplyDelete
  54. I think you should totally make a steampunk dress up. ^-^ That might just be because I'm kinda obsessed with steampunk though, although I think it would be TOTALLY BUBBLY!! (oooh I'm such a dork... :P) :D Also, I think Azula would rock with more options, but she's pretty cool now anyway. And Victorian Butterfly (or whatever that is. Bootfly? Butfly? Btfly? When you think about it there are a lot of options... :P) looks sweet. Can't wait! :D

    ReplyDelete
  55. hi Ola

suki, yue, ty lee, and mai will have genes like katara, ang and etc. ?

    ReplyDelete
  56. How come you didn't give Azula gene options? Can't you just take your time to finish it and add more options as you go? It's not much fun when you're rushing to finish. :\ Just saying.

    ReplyDelete
  57. hahahha, do you guys realize I've been working on this game since SEPTEMBER??? O_O

There's sooo many amazing projects coming up that I simply can't afford to spend time adding genetics to everyone. I know this will be a big hit to ATLA fans, but trust me, the games that will come after will make the loss worth it to everyone!!! <3

    ReplyDelete
  58. but Ola, please :( it can be best game ever!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Ola I know it's big work ,but not fair that everyone have genes expect azula. Will Yue, Suki, Ty Lee and Mai have genes?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Ola u can do it!!!!

    BTW: I'm ur big fan!!!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Ola, game would be more interesting if you add genes for everyone.

I think you have to finish this game, then think about others.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Guys just leave her alone!! I know it sucks that Azula doesn't have genes but this is a BIG game Ola doesn't have time. I mean did you see all the games that are coming out?? Their gonna be sweet!! So just deal with it.

(sorry I was so harsh but someone had to say it.)

    ReplyDelete
  63. Eek! I'm so excited for the Victorian Butterfly and Lolita Maker games! :)

And yes, guys. Leave Ola alone. My guess is that none of the other characters coming out will have genes - there just isn't enough room.

    ReplyDelete
  64. julie, demeter can't you understand that if Ola takes this game she have to do it well :|

    ReplyDelete
  65. Well, I was one of the people to ask for more genes, and while I would prefer to have them, you've been working on this for almost six months, and I'm sure that you're eager to move on to your next project. I know I'd probably get bored of working on this after like 3 weeks, hahaha. So yeah, it's fine that you don't have as many features for the next characters.

Alyson, just because she isn't adding as many features or details doesn't mean she's not doing it well. She's doing an excellent job on the things she's adding and she's already exceeded my expectations on the parts that already exist in this game.

    ReplyDelete
  66. azulas dai lee outfit isnt here or her hair with the smaller top knot and her red bangle thingy,im just saying ,this game is more than i thought it would be its great and you have done a great job,but could you add this few items in please please please

    ReplyDelete
  67. OLa, I completely understand the work this takes- and I know that everyone is excited about the other projects. Honestly, I would finish up what you planned with the Avatar game and move onto another project. Then, when you have the time go back and add things if you really want to. The game is incredible so far.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Seconding (fourthing?) what Julie, Detemer, and Mori said--leave Ola alone. I mean, she's doing this for free, so you can't really complain about the results. Plus, the game is already incredible and has a LOT of options.

I'm super excited for the Viking Maker, and everything else! (aside from animal makers, never was a fan of those.) Victorian Butterfly looks especially great.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Alyson: So far, it IS a good game. Ola could have slacked off and given each character only a few outfits, but she went above and beyond and gave each other several different outfits and tons of accessories, and then re-colored EVERYTHING so it looked like it would come from another nation. And then she did that for at least four characters. I really can't think of any other doll-maker who's done this.

So if there's a few characters where you think she "slacked off" (i.e. did all of the work that typical doll-makers do), then that's your problem.

    ReplyDelete
  70. i'm not saying it's bad game, but in my opinion if everyone have genes we could create a unique people

    ReplyDelete
  71. Demeter if u can't say something normal, just shut up!

    ReplyDelete
  72. lol, let's not fight. It's just a game, guys.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Mori can u say how to fight with words? hahaha!!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. To the Anon above me...verbal fighting? There's more types of fighting than just physically hurting someone.

Besides, I like to think we're 'debating', not arguing. :)

    ReplyDelete
  75. talk about game guys!

    ReplyDelete
  76. No, it's arguing. A debate is intelligent (generally) and has a point to it. Arguing is just throwing words around and hoping that they make sense. You can debate whether it would be better to have more options or not, but telling someone to shut up for their opinion (which basically was to stop being a jerk) is arguing.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Okay, fine. I'm a jerk then. *shrugs* I thought I was playing devil's advocate and saying that the game is NOT, in fact, "RUINED FOREVER" because a few characters don't have eighty million options, but apparently I was wrong. That's now being a jerk.

The only thing I'm offended about is the "say normal things" comment. There are a million types of "normal" - what type am I supposed adhere to?

    ReplyDelete
  78. You go Demeter! You're right, people are being ridiculous. The game is great the way it is. And shut up if you can't say something normal? Seriously people? That's the best way you can come up with to say, oh, I don't agree with your opinion 100%? I think that would do nicely, instead of just telling her to shut up. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, and I'm not trying to suggest you're not intelligent, Anon who said that, but c'mon, that was just a little silly. I honestly burst out laughing when I read that, because what does it even mean? But I digress. Can we all just calm down and talk nicely to each other please?

    ReplyDelete
  79. I just saying my opinion,

    ReplyDelete
  80. "Demeter if u can't say something normal, just shut up!"
    Is not an opinion.
"Demeter, I don't agree with that (because of _____)"
    Is an opinion.

Also, Demeter, I don't know if you were interpreting my comment as saying that you're a jerk or not, but if you did that's not what I meant. :) I was saying that you were telling people not to be jerks. Soooo yeah.

    ReplyDelete
  81. WHAT IF YOU MADE IT SO YOU COULD SAVE PICS TO A GALLERY??? I WOULD LOVE THAT!!!

    ReplyDelete
  82. When I first saw this game back when it was being created I thought you could actually create your own character. Like you could customize the face and clothing and such. I'm a little dissapointed that that wasnt how the layout was, but still, very good game :) you can tell a lot of work has been put into it, it definatly shows :)

    ReplyDelete
  83. You should totally create a Vocaloid Dress-Up Game on Divine Dolls! :)
